At the close of play on Friday 13th Feb, I legged it out of school and raced to Airport. Yes folks, it was time for my annual one-week wildlife smash n' grab.
Arriving at Quito, Ecuador at 11AM on Saturday morning (changing at Heathrow and Bogata, Colombia) I was more than ready to scoop some winners. My guide for the week, Marcelo Arias, met me at the airport and from that moment on, every daylight hour was dedicated to wildlife photography.
