Mash Harrier, 30/11/14, Leighton Moss. Always present, but never taken for granted.
Otters, 30/11/14, Leighton Moss. Two seen here, but altogether, three of them were seen playing together. A fantastic scene in full sun, albeit at a distance.
Grey Heron, 30/11/14, Leighton Moss. No joy at the bearded tit trays but this heron showed well just across the causeway.
Great Grey Shrike, 30/11/14, Lytham Moss. A diversion to the Fylde coast on the way back proved frustrating for an hour until Eddie finally spotted the shrike. (Always helps to have an extra pair of eyes, especially in Panama, when Spectacled Owls are around).
